Simple Contract for Art Work

 

To begin seeing your art work on products and start making money you need only contact me to get a copy of the contract below and start sending your art work. Here is the simple contract.

 

Agreement For Reproduction of Art Work

 

This agreement is made on ___________________by and between A. William Benitez of Positive Imaging, LLC and____________________________________of_______________________________

____________________________________________________hereafter called Artist.

 

Artist agrees to provide original art work to A. William Benitez for reproduction on various products not limited to T-Shirts, aprons, phone cases, iPod and iPad cases, mugs, etc.

 

A William Benitez will market the products as an affiliate of various product suppliers. A. William Benitez will pay the Artist 50% of the commission he receives from every sale of any product contain reproductions of art work by the Artist.

 

Each month A. William Benitez will prepare a detailed report of all the sales of products containing art work by the Artist. A copy of this report together with payment of 50% of commissions will be sent to the Artist.

 

Artist retains ownership of the art work indefinitely and may withdraw the art work from reproduction at any time with 30 days written (email) notice to A. William Benitez.

 

In Witness Whereof, the Parties have agreed to the terms of this contract by mutual email messages accompanying the individual art work submissions.
